our aim
Garuda Yoga was founded with a simple vision:
Yoga for everyone. Anytime. Anywhere.
Inspired by the grace and strength of Garuda, our school blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific understanding. We believe yoga is not just a practice—it is a path of transformation that uplifts the body, sharpens the mind, and purifies the spirit.
At Garuda Yoga, we offer accessible and meaningful yoga for all age groups—kids, teens, adults, and elders. Whether you are seeking fitness, inner peace, cultural knowledge, spiritual depth, or therapeutic support, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Our Approach
- Traditional + Scientific: We integrate scriptures like the Upanishads, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and Bhagavad Gita with anatomy, physiology, and modern wellness research.
- Inclusive for All: Yoga for beginners, advanced practitioners, seniors, and people with physical limitations.
- Holistic Learning: Sessions include Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda-based lifestyle, and Yogic philosophy.
- Cultural Education: Students also learn shlokas, stories, and traditional roots of yogic knowledge.
- Specialized Training: Acro Yoga, therapeutic yoga, kids yoga, and event demonstrations.
Our Founder
Garuda Yoga is led by J N L D Ganesh, a dedicated yoga instructor with diplomas from IIST and Alison, and an AYUSH Volunteer Certification.
He has been teaching yoga across schools, groups, and communities—often free of cost—to spread awareness and make yoga accessible to everyone.
Our Mission
“To take yoga beyond boundaries—making it a joyful, educational, and spiritual experience for every individual.”
We are committed to helping people build strong bodies, balanced minds, and joyful lives.
At Garuda Yoga, we don’t just teach yoga—
we help you live it.
Support Our Work
Garuda Yogalaya also engages in community-oriented yoga initiatives, including free and low-cost yoga sessions for students and individuals who may not otherwise have access.
If you wish to support these efforts, you may choose to contribute voluntarily. All contributions are used solely to support outreach, learning resources, and community wellness activities.
