J N L D Ganesh — Yoga Instructor & Founder of Garuda Yoga
Ganesh has been practising and teaching yoga for years, learning different forms like Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Acro Yoga, and yoga for kids and elders. He holds diplomas from IIST and Alison, and is an AYUSH Volunteer, contributing to community wellness.
He teaches in schools and in private sessions, always focusing on making yoga easy to understand, safe for the body, and meaningful for the mind. In his classes, he blends breath, movement, and basic yogic principles so that students feel calm, confident, and connected.
Through Garuda Yoga, his aim is simple —
to spread yoga to anyone who needs strength, balance, or peace in their daily life
